Powered Exterior Lifts for Scooters

  • No modifications needed to your scooter
  • No vehicle modifications needed

  • Requires Class II or III hitch (install required)
  • No heavy lifting
  • Works best with minivans

The most quick and easy way to transport your scooter or mobilty device. Simply drive your scooter onto the platform, and the lift does all the work for you! You will need a professional installation to attach the lift to your vehicle hitch. When your powered exterior lift is not in use, it conveniently folds up against the back of your van.

Powered Hybrid Lifts for Scooters

  • Protects your scooter from inclement weather
  • No scooter modifications needed
  • Requires vehicle modifications
  • No vehicle hitch required
  • No heavy lifting
  • Works best with minivans

A true hybrid of options and convenience. Powered hybrid lifts conveniently place your scooter inside the back of your vehicle for you. Simply drive your scooter up to the platform, and the lift does the rest for you! The platform lifts the scooter up and into your vehicle. Professional installation required. In most cases, you will lose the third row seating of your van in order to make room for the platform and mobility device. Easily protects your scooter against rain, snow, and all weather conditions.

Powered Interior Lifts for Scooters

  • Protects your scooter from inclement weather
  • Requires scooter modifications
  • Slight vehicle modifications required

  • No hitch required

  • No heavy lifting
  • Works best with minivans

Perfect if you are looking for an interior lift with minimal modifications to your vehicle. Powered interior lifts take up less space than hybrid lifts and are installed in the rear corner of your vehicle. Holes may need to be drilled in your vehicle's floor, and seating modifications may be needed. A docking device is placed under the seat of your scooter which then hooks onto the powered interior lift. These "boom lifts" lift your scooter into the rear of your vehicle at the push of a button. Some powered interior lifts can be installed on pickup trucks or passenger cars, but you should always double check before you purchase. These vehicle lifts are designed to keep your scooter safe and protected from rain, snow, dust, and all weather conditions.

Manual Exterior Lifts for Scooters

  • No modifications needed to your scooter
  • No vehicle modifications required
  • May require Class II or III hitch
  • Some lifting required
  • Compatible with most vehicles, including cars, SUV's, and pickup trucks

The biggest benefit of manual exterior lifts is that they don't require any modifications to your scooter or your vehicle. These manual vehicle lifts feature an unfolding ramp that allows you to place your scooter on the platform. You or your loved one will have to walk your mobility device up the ramp. You cannot drive your scooter up the ramp. Once your scooter is safely secured on the platform, simply fold the ramp up and go! A fold flat ramp feature allows the ramp to lay flat on the lift when not in use, and most manual exterior lifts can conveniently fold up against the back of your vehicle.

Before You Buy

Not all applications are suitable for all vehicles. Some lifts are not compatible with pickup trucks or SUV's due to elevated ground clearance and height. Most vehicle lifts cannot be installed on passenger cars. No vehicle lifts can be installed on hybrid cars.
