Measure the scooter or wheelchair in its transport-ready configuration, including wheelbase, width, length, footrests, tiller or joystick, and accessories that extend beyond the frame. Compare the measurements with the 28 x 48 inch usable area and plan where the wheels and securement points will sit. A device under the 350 lb rating is not necessarily compatible if it does not fit or cannot be secured.
