For five (5) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY All electronic parts, including controllers and battery chargers, have a two (2) year warranty. Servicing to the controller or battery charger must be carried out by your authorized Pride Provider. Any attempt to open or dismantle these items renders the guarantee void on that item.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
SIX-MONTH WARRANTY The batteries are covered by a separate six (6) month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer.
Gradual deterioration in performance due to being left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for long periods of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.
30-Day Return Policy If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and restocking fees that apply. The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order satisfy our return policy. Our standard return policies do not apply to all items. Some items cannot be returned.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 3-5 business days of our receiving and inspecting your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns.
