Golden Cloud Supreme PR519 with Twilight: Small/Medium, Tucker Sterling

This product selects the Small/Medium Cloud Supreme PR519 in Tucker Sterling. Size and fabric are part of the configuration; verify them in the selectors before checkout.

Positioning system

The PR519 combines five-zone MaxiComfort positioning with Golden's Twilight tilt. Its headrest, lumbar, backrest, seat and footrest adjust independently using a programmable AutoDrive hand control. The tilt adds another powered movement, so leave operating clearance and review Golden's manual before use. Massage and heat are listed as optional for this model; confirm whether they are included before ordering.

Fit and home setup

Golden lists Small/Medium and Medium/Large configurations and a 400 lb maximum capacity. Confirm the exact Small/Medium seat dimensions against the user's measurements and posture; capacity alone does not establish fit. Check doorway widths and the delivery path, then measure the room for the chair's full lift, recline and tilt range. Keep the power cord away from walking areas.

Tucker Sterling selection

Tucker Sterling is the selected upholstery. Golden lists additional Tucker options and Brisa fabrics on applicable configurations. Shipping / Returns Information:
This unit is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.

The following conditions apply:
  • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
