Golden Cloud Supreme PR519 with Twilight: Medium/Large, Brisa Iron

This page selects the Medium/Large PR519 Cloud Supreme with Twilight in Brisa Iron. Confirm the size and finish in the order options; other Brisa and Tucker fabrics are separate selections.

Positioning system and features

Golden lists a five-zone MaxiComfort system that adjusts the headrest, lumbar, backrest, seat and footrest, together with Twilight tilt and a programmable AutoDrive control. These powered movements require clear room around the chair and should be operated as the manual directs. The manufacturer's page lists heat and vibrating massage as optional, so confirm those features separately.

Fit and home setup

Golden gives the PR519 a 400 lb maximum capacity and offers Small/Medium and Medium/Large sizes. Verify the selected chair's dimensions and compare them with the user's measurements and posture. Check doorway and delivery access and leave room for lift, recline and tilt. Keep electrical cords out of walking paths and away from moving parts.

Shipping / Returns Information:
This unit is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.

The following conditions apply:
  • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
