Powered movement

Golden lists the Elara as a one-comfort-zone chair with three-position lift/recline operation and a two-button hand control. The powered chair is intended to move from a seated position through recline and into a raised position. These functions do not, by themselves, determine whether a particular person can transfer safely without assistance.

Fit and home setup

Golden gives the Elara a maximum user capacity of 400 lb. For this Small/Medium selection, confirm the size-specific seat and arm dimensions with the user rather than relying on capacity alone. Check seated width, depth and posture, then measure doorways, the delivery route and the space needed while the chair moves through its positions. This unit is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.
