Construction and carrying

The ramp is made from welded aircraft-grade aluminum and folds once for storage. Its two quick-release hinge pins let it split into two sections to reduce the weight of each piece handled. Refit and inspect the hinge pins before use.

Load and access checks

The listed capacity is 800 lb. Check that both ends sit securely, landings are clear and the ramp is appropriate for the device's wheelbase and ground clearance. Follow the manufacturer's setup guidance; the appropriate slope depends on the measured rise and use conditions.

4-foot selection and extension

4 feet is the selected length. The top-lip extension is an optional separate add-on. Verify its compatibility and whether it is included in this order before relying on an upper-edge extension.
