Let the stress of the day melt away with the new VivaLift! Ultra Power Lift Chair. The VivaLift Ultra is the latest from Pride Mobility and is packed with unbeatable features. The Ultra is a true infinite position lift chair. With the exclusive VivaLift! Tilt technology you can take your comfort further than ever by pivoting at the rear of the chair which elevates the front of the seat, just like a rocking chair. This raises the user's legs above the heart providing a remarkably comfortable zero-gravity experience. The Ultra PLR-4955 is available in small, medium, or large and four standard Capriccio fabric options: cappuccino, dove, slate, and smoke.

Pride pulled out all the stops with the Ultra. Holding true to its name, the Ultra PLR-955 stands apart from other power recliners by having true infinite positioning and all the features you could ever want. The armrests contain a hideaway cupholder and a USB charging port for you phone or tablet. An all-new air bladder massage system soothes your aches and pains away with gentle pressure and has three intensity settings. The Ultra also features a relaxing heat system with three pads located in the shoulder, lumbar, and seat sections. The controls for the heat and massage systems are located on the inner part of the armrest.

Lifetime Warranty

Pride offers a lifetime warranty on the lift and scissor mechanisms and lift frame. Pride warrants that the lift and scissor mechanisms and lift frame on your lift chair will be free from defects under normal use and that service is available for as long as the chair is in use by the original owner. This lifetime warranty covers the lift and scissor mechanisms against metal fatigue, defective welds, and bushings.

NOTE: Pride reserves the right to replace only the part of the lift and scissor mechanism, scissor(s) or lift frame that may be defective from workmanship. Misuse and/or abuse are excluded from warranty.

7-Year Pro-rated Limited Warranty

For the first four (4) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship. Any warranty claims for electronic assemblies may become void if damage results from the use of parts/accessories that are not Pride original parts and are not purchased through an authorized Pride provider.

Garantía de por vida

Pride ofrece una garantía de por vida para los mecanismos de elevación y tijera, así como para el armazón. Pride garantiza que los mecanismos de elevación y tijera, así como el armazón de su sillón elevador, estarán libres de defectos en condiciones normales de uso y que el servicio técnico estará disponible mientras el sillón siga en uso por el propietario original. Esta garantía de por vida cubre los mecanismos de elevación y tijera contra la fatiga del metal, defectos de soldadura y bujes.

NOTA: Pride se reserva el derecho de reemplazar únicamente la parte del mecanismo de elevación y tijera, la(s) tijera(s) o el marco de elevación que presente defectos de fabricación. El mal uso o abuso quedan excluidos de la garantía.

Garantía limitada prorrateada de 7 años

Durante los primeros cuatro (4) años a partir de la fecha de compra, Pride reparará o reemplazará, a nuestra discreción, al comprador original, cualquiera de las siguientes piezas que, tras ser examinadas por un representante autorizado de Pride, presenten defectos de material o fabricación. Cualquier reclamación de garantía para conjuntos electrónicos podría quedar anulada si los daños se producen por el uso de piezas o accesorios que no sean originales de Pride ni se adquieran a través de un proveedor autorizado de Pride.

Envíos / Devoluciones

Esta unidad se entrega mediante un transportista LTL común en un palé. Se dejará en la acera para la entrega estándar. Algunos transportistas programan citas de entrega.

Se aplican las siguientes condiciones :
  • Este artículo tiene una tarifa de reposición del 20%.
  • Usted es responsable del costo del envío de devolución.
  • El producto debe ser nuevo, sin uso y en su embalaje original.
  • Todos los accesorios y artículos que estuvieran incluidos en la caja deberán ser devueltos.
  • Los artículos cancelados después de que el producto ya haya sido enviado se considerarán una devolución.
  • Los gastos de envío y servicio no son reembolsables.
  • Los productos fabricados a medida por el fabricante para satisfacer sus necesidades específicas no se pueden devolver.
  • Se debe solicitar una RA (Autorización de devolución) de Top Mobility dentro de los 15 días posteriores a la entrega.
  • El artículo debe enviarse de vuelta a la dirección indicada en el RA dentro de los 15 días.
  • Una vez aprobado, su reembolso, menos los costos de reposición y envío, se emitirá a su forma de pago original.
