The Phoenix Carbon Fiber comes with a standard 1-year frame warranty, 1-year motor warranty, 1-year battery warranty, and 1-year electronic parts warranty.
Shipping / Returns Information:
This unit is delivered via FedEx or UPS. This will be left curbside or door front for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.
The following conditions apply:
This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
