For those with mobility limitations, getting in and out of bed independently and safely can be a challenge. The ActiveCare Standard Bed from Med-Mizer solves this problem with the press of a button. With the ActiveCare Bed’s automated SafeTurn system, it's easy to reposition, stand up, and get out of bed. The fully rotational and adjustable design of the ActiveCare Standard makes getting in and out of bed easier and safer, while also providing customized comfort to people of all mobility levels. The easy-to-use remote lets you adjust the backrest, leg section, and height of the ActiveCare Bed to fit your needs. Optional endboards are available to give your bed a modern and stylish look.
The ActiveCare Bed’s automated SafeTurn system turns your bed into a chair and allows you to safely enter or exit the bed. At the touch of a button, you can rotate the bed into the chair position, adjust the backrest and leg sections independently or at the same time, and raise or lower the height as you need. The height adjustment also works as a built-in stand assist for added safety when getting in and out of bed. Watch TV, eat a meal, and socialize with family and friends while remaining comfortably in bed. No matter the activity the ActiveCare Bed lets you do it safely and easily.
Ideal for at-home, hospital, or care facility use, this easy-to-operate bed does it all. With the ActiveCare’s innovative features repositioning, standing up, and getting out of bed are easy. The head of bed articulates to almost 90 degrees with the assistance of RollBack in Place™ to alleviate shearing/friction in the lower back. In a matter of seconds, transfer between a relaxed seated position, to a sleeping recline, without strain or discomfort. Optional features include Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positions, side rails, length extensions, touchscreen control, and more! Warranty
Med-Mizer, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its products shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of Lifetime on welds: 15 years on the bed frame: 2 years on the drive system; 1 year on wood products, casters, handsets, and miscellaneous parts. Med-Mizer’s obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement parts for, or replacing, at its option, any product which is, in the sole discretion of Med-Mizer, found to be defective. This warranty does not cover failure due to negligence, accident, abuse or installation not in accordance with the company’s instructions or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
If requested by Med-Mizer, products or parts for which a warranty claim is made shall be returned prepaid to Med-Mizer’s factory. Any improper use or any alteration or repair by others in such manner as in Med-Mizer’s judgment affects the product materially and adversely shall void this warranty.
