Section weight rises with length: the listing gives approximately 19 lb per section for 6 feet, 22 lb for 7 feet, 25 lb for 8 feet and 30 lb for 10 feet. Plan how each section will be carried, unfolded, aligned and secured. The self-adjusting bottom plate helps meet ground surfaces, while the top transition must sit securely at the landing. Keep fingers clear of the hinge and confirm both sections are fully positioned before use.

Top-Lip Option and Placement
