Model 130 is an accessory intended to let a wheelchair carrier pivot away from the rear of a vehicle. When used with a compatible carrier, the swing-away can clear access to a tailgate or liftgate without first removing the carrier. It adds space and weight behind the vehicle, so rear-door access depends on how the complete carrier and mobility device are positioned.

Added leverage at the receiver and the full combined load must remain within the vehicle, hitch and carrier limits.

This unit is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.

The following conditions apply:
  • This item has a 25% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
