Paying attention to that distinction helps you judge Platinum on what it actually improves, rather than expecting extra range, a larger seat or rough-terrain capability from its name.

A deck and seat that need to fit together

The large front basket and front and rear pathway lighting are included in the manufacturer configuration. Alternative shroud colors are accessory choices. Regenerative and electromechanical braking provide the specified stopping arrangement, and the low-speed control response should be learned before using the tight steering around pedestrians. EZ Turn helps with maneuvering; it does not permit fast cornering simply because the scooter has four wheels.
