Pride Revo 2.0 S67 4-Wheel Mobility Scooter
This FDA Class II medical device is designed to aid individuals with mobility impairments. Specifications may change, and speed and range vary with rider load, terrain and battery condition. HCPCS references do not guarantee reimbursement.
More substantial than a compact travel scooter
The Revo 2.0 S67 is for riders who want a four-wheel scooter with a roomier seat and suspension, while retaining the option of component transport. A 400-pound capacity and 20-by-18-inch cushion distinguish it from many smaller travel models. Its design is better understood as a comfort-oriented, disassembling scooter than as an ultralight machine for effortless lifting.
The four-wheel version measures 47 inches long and 20.75 inches wide, with a 52-inch turning radius. It therefore requires more space than the three-wheel S66 when turning around indoors. That wider sweep is a meaningful trade-off, not a minor catalog detail: check elevator approaches, hallway corners and the area beside a dining table before assuming the chassis will fit wherever its width fits.
The front section sets the manual-loading threshold
The S67 weighs 132 pounds without batteries and 182 pounds with them installed. For trunk loading, the heaviest disassembled component is the 57-pound front section. That is heavier than the S66's heaviest component, and demanding enough that a platform lift or help from another person may be more realistic than independent manual handling.
Each U1 battery weighs approximately 25 pounds, so frame disassembly does not eliminate the battery-handling task. Feather-touch separation reduces the size of the loads and allows parts to be distributed in a vehicle, but repeated unloading still needs strength, reach and room to work. Consider the car's cargo sill and trunk depth alongside the published component weight. Tie-down points are for transporting the unoccupied scooter, not for using its seat as a passenger seat inside a moving vehicle.
Seat area and controls for longer errands
The compact folding seat measures 20 inches wide by 18 inches deep, giving more cushion room than the common 17-inch-square travel seat. Seat-to-deck height ranges from 15 to 16.5 inches. Assess thigh support and knee position together: a wider cushion can be welcome without necessarily giving the seat height or back support every rider requires.
The ergonomic delta tiller offers wraparound hand positions, and an easy-grip adjustment knob changes its angle. A USB device-charging port is useful for keeping a phone available during a long day. Releasing the throttle engages the scooter's brakes; changing to freewheel mode allows pushing but disengages that braking system. Learn both procedures before incorporating the scooter into an unfamiliar car-loading or parking routine.
Range is stronger when the conditions stay visible
The S67 has a published range of up to 17.8 miles at a 200-pound load or 14.8 miles at 400 pounds, with top speed up to 5.2 mph. Those figures belong to the four-wheel model and should not be replaced with the S66's results. A larger rider, gradients, repeated acceleration and battery aging can materially change how much distance remains at the end of an outing.
The two U1 deep-cycle batteries use a 3.5-amp off-board charger and can be charged on or off the scooter. Choose a charging location that works with the storage arrangement and makes regular charging convenient. Keep return-trip reserve, including the extra distance inside large shopping centers or attractions. Suspension and a larger seat may make a longer outing appealing, but they do not guarantee that every route will match the battery table.
Suspended comfort, with travel-scooter boundaries
Front and rear CTS suspension, an LED headlight, a rear bumper and a standard front basket make the S67 useful for mixed indoor and paved outdoor errands. The basket adds everyday storage without needing an accessory before the first trip. Other holders and carrying attachments are separate choices, and should not obstruct controls, transfers or the component-separation process.
The 9-inch tires sit above a transaxle with just 1.25 inches of clearance despite 3.5 inches at mid-frame. Repeated rough paving, loose gravel and curb edges remain poor matches for the travel-oriented underbody. Slow for corners and select accessible paths rather than relying on four wheels or suspension to overcome a difficult route. The S67 is a sensible step up in seating room and ride equipment when its turning space and 57-pound loading requirement are acceptable parts of ownership.
