This lift has the American flag laser cut into the platform, Perfect for transporting your scooter or power chair anywhere you need to go. This patriotic electric lift is designed to salute all those who have served our country, fought to endure our freedom, and those who would like to show their support for America. We dedicate this carrier in honor of your patriotism.

Loading and unloading is a breeze from either side of the platform. Our electric carriers are fully powered. Just press the button and the lift does all the work! Our motors now include a key switch. Also includes 2 retractable ratchets for securing the chair and one wire harness. Additional ratchets (sold separately) for power chairs are suggested. Class 2 or Class 3 adapters available. Optional Swing Away option for easy rear access is also available for any electric lift.

​ Every effort has been made to ensure high quality in material and workmanship of our products. Manufacturer warrants all products to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for three (3) years from date of original purchase ( Proof of original purchase and/or serial number required ).
CARRIERS: All carriers are warranted to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for three (3) years from date of original purchase when used in accordance with manufacturer installation and operating instructions. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, misuse, accident, or use of unauthorized attachments or modifications. Protective finish coating on carriers is not guaranteed in as much as the manufacturer is not responsible for the use (abuse or natural wear and tear) of the product. The manufacturer and/or selling agents of carriers will not be responsible in any way for damage to, or loss of, item(s) being carried or falling from carriers or damages said item(s) may cause on or off carriers. All shipping charges for parts under warranty must be prepaid by the customer.
TRANSPORT COVERS: Transport covers are guaranteed free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from time of purchase. Covers are not guaranteed against rips, holes, or damage due to improper installation, abuse, misuse, alteration, or environmental factors beyond our control.
EXCEPTIONS: One (1) year limited warranty on all Electrical components including motor and actuator. All custom orders have a 90~day limited warranty. Retractable ratchet straps carry a one (1) year limited warranty provided through the manufacturer.
RETURN POLICY All returns MUST be made within 30 days from the date of purchase unless due to defect. Written authorization MUST be obtained from Top Mobility prior to the return of any merchandise for any reason, and all transportation costs MUST be prepaid. NO RETURNS on custom orders. Authorized returns for credit only are subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus any cost incurred in restoring the merchandise to a resalable condition. Freight charges cannot be credited.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
