Jazzy EVO 614 Power Wheelchair

The Jazzy EVO 614 is Pride Mobility’s most advanced power chair yet! With new 13.75-inch center drive wheels, a 3” ground clearance, and an enhanced top speed of 4.4 mph, it can easily handle the most challenging surfaces, performing just as well outdoors as indoors. The ultra-tight 22-inch turning radius is on par with that of much smaller powerchairs and makes navigating tight spaces indoors a breeze. The EVO 614 can support up to 300 lbs. and offers an unbelievable driving range of up to 21.5 miles. Power, speed, and maneuverability, the Jazzy EVO 614 Power Wheelchair has it all!

If you are looking for color options, the Jazzy EVO 614 has you covered. Available in six eye-catching colors, the EVO 614’s color shrouds are also interchangeable. Pick your favorite color and purchase a second one for when you want to change up your style. Choose from one of six standard seating options ranging in size from 16”x16-18” to 20”x20”. Optional swing-away or elevating leg rests are available along with residual limb support and heel loops. Pride Mobility also offers an extensive selection of accessories for the Jazzy EVO 614.

Jazzy power chairs are known for their quality and performance. The drivetrain features two powerful in-line heavy-duty motors. The Jazzy EVO 614 has fully independent front and rear suspensions. In addition to providing a smooth ride over rough and uneven terrain, the Active-Trac® ATX Suspension system allows the front casters to raise when going over a threshold or obstacle and lower for stability when descending. The mid-wheel drive configuration of the Jazzy EVO 614 is naturally stable and maneuverable even in tight spaces. Wherever you go, you can always depend on your Jazzy Power Wheelchair.

NOTE: Starting from date of product delivery, battery charge must be maintained to ensure warranty coverage. For mobility products which are not used regularly, or during periods of storage prior to and after purchase date, batteries must be charged once a week, for 24 hours. Failure to do so will void battery warranty.

Shipping / Returns

This unit is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.

The following conditions apply:
  • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
