Smirthwaite Hi-Riser Wall-Mounted Changing Bench
The Hi-Riser is an electrically operated, wall-mounted changing bench for children and adults. Smirthwaite rates it for a maximum user weight of 200 kg (about 441 lb) and lists 400–1000 mm of height adjustment. It folds to reduce the space it occupies when stored. The manufacturer's documentation describes wall mounting; it does not describe a floor-mounted version.
Choose size and frame finish
Smirthwaite offers nine table lengths, from 1200 to 2100 mm, with model codes 3041–3049 for powder-coated mild steel or 3051–3059 for stainless steel. The Top Mobility configuration includes Size, Colour, Finish, Levitex and Fitting choices; confirm the selected model code and finish on the order. Stainless steel is specified for damp rooms, while powder-coated cream is for dry rooms; the manufacturer says stainless steel is not suitable for direct water contact.
Installation and room planning
Professional fitting is available and fitting is required. Confirm wall construction, clearances and anchoring with the installer before ordering. Smirthwaite advises purchasing a backing board for stud-wall installations and disclaims responsibility for damage from third-party installation. Measure the room, transfer approach and space needed for the bench to raise, lower and fold. The bench is designed to work with many mobile or ceiling hoists, but verify compatibility with the specific hoist and care plan.
Warranty Information:
Smirthwaite warrants the products detailed on your order to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of delivery.
The warranty excludes faults due to accident, neglect, misuse, not following the Instructions and normal wear and tear. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. A charge may be made where the goods cannot be repaired under the warranty. You will be advised before this is made.
Shipping / Returns Information:
This unit is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.

This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
