Smirthwaite Heathfield Adjustable School Chair
The Heathfield is an adjustable chair for children and adults who need light postural support. Top Mobility offers six sizes; its specification table lists these seat widths and maximum user weights:

Seat height, depth and back height vary by size and adjust within the listed ranges. Select by the user's measurements and support needs, not age alone; confirm final fit with the seating professional.
Positioning and accessories
The chair has a contoured seat, adjustable back and armrests, and a removable cover. Confirm whether the selected configuration includes a pelvic strap, anti-tip legs or other positioning accessories before ordering. Follow the owner's manual for assembly, adjustment and care.
Warranty Information
Smirthwaite warrants the products detailed on your order to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of delivery. If a fault develops during this period, please contact the Customer Service team by email info@smirthwaite.com or phone (1) 212 541 2455 who will advise you on the best course of action.
The warranty excludes faults due to accident, neglect, misuse, not following the Instructions and normal wear and tear. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. A charge may be made where the goods cannot be repaired under the warranty. You will be advised before this is made.
Shipping / Returns Information
This unit is delivered via UPS or FedEx.
The following conditions apply:
This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
