The AL003 is a fully manual hitch-mounted carrier designed for folding manual wheelchairs up to 100 lb. It is not a powered lift and is not specified for scooters or powerchairs. Harmar describes the carrier as accepting standard folding wheelchairs without modifying the chair, with a tilt feature intended to help position the carrier for loading and storage.
