The Cambridge PR401 is a one-zone power lift recliner with three positions: upright sitting, recline and a full-napper position. Its back and footrest move together along a coordinated positioning path rather than adjusting independently. The lift mechanism assists the user between sitting and standing, while the two-button hand control operates the chair's movements. It is a home recliner, not a portable seat or a substitute for an individual transfer assessment.
One-Zone Positioning and Operation
The PR401's single positioning zone coordinates the back and footrest as the chair reclines. This simpler three-position arrangement differs from lift chairs that provide separate control of multiple body zones. Golden lists a two-button control and SmartTek diagnostic system.
