The Golden Passport™ HI LOW ADJUSTABLE BED WITH DUAL ZONE MASSAGE The Golden Passport offers many unique and luxurious properties, and are available in Twin XL, Queen, and King (Dual Twin XL) & One Standard foam mattress. Unique Mattress Design for Optimal Flexibility The Golden Passport’s mattress provides comfort and support to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Our memory foam mattress is made of three layers of foam for solid support paired with the soft luxurious feel of memory foam. It features a unique transfer edge, a 3” firm block of foam that runs the length of the mattress, which provides stability for safe transfers when entering and exiting the bed. The 2” top layer is GelFlex foam that helps to keep you cool while you sleep. The 2” middle layer is firmer than the top layer with great rebound to enhance the supportive feel of the mattress. The 6” base layer is made of a very firm core foam that is engineered to contour perfect to the Golden Passport’s adjustable base, making sleep more comfortable than other memory foam mattress. You’ll enjoy firm, full body support that allows you to easily turn over at night and helps to maintain your mobility when transferring in and out of bed.

Shipping / Returns

This unit is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.

The following conditions apply:
  • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
