Flexabed Hi-Low SL Adjustable Bed
The Hi-Low SL adjusts vertically to lower the bed for transfers or raise it to a more convenient caregiving height, while the head and foot sections also articulate. Flexabed lists a 400 lb limit for one occupant or 700 lb for two occupants, with no single occupant exceeding 400 lb.
Sizes and room setup
Flexabed lists Twin, Full, Queen and Split King sizes in 74-, 80- and 84-inch lengths. The bed can lower to 16.5 inches with a mattress; leg extensions offer fixed height choices. Confirm the chosen width, length and finished bed height with the seller before ordering.
Mattress, controls and options
The standard setup includes a mattress, wired or wireless remote, locking casters or stationary leg pads, and mounting plates for optional side rails. Mattress constructions vary by selection. Side rails, massage, battery backup and other accessories are optional and may add cost.
Flexabed states that headboards and footboards cannot attach directly to the Hi-Low frame; a headboard may be mounted to the wall if it does not interfere with bed movement. Footboards cannot be used. Check clearances and the bed's path of travel before installation, and review the instructions for transfers and operation.
Flexabed describes its coverage as a limited lifetime warranty. Review the full terms for component and service coverage.
