Pride VivaLift! Elegance 2 PLR-975M Medium Lift Chair

The PLR-975M is the Medium-size Elegance 2 in Pride's VivaLift! collection. Pride lists this size for users 5 ft 4 in to 5 ft 9 in and rates the chair for up to 400 lb. Its true-infinite positioning lets the backrest and footrest move independently, while the lift function assists the transition between sitting and standing. Compare the intended user's fit with the listed 21 x 21 in seat before ordering.

Adjust position and save preferred settings

The powered controls adjust the headrest, lumbar support and extended footrest. An ergonomic toggle remote docks magnetically on either side and provides two programmable memory positions. USB-A and USB-C charging ports are located on the right arm. Use the adjustments from the seated position as directed; they do not replace a fit assessment or transfer guidance from the user's care team.

Plan the space around the chair

Pride lists a 20 in seat-to-floor height, 42 in overall height, 35.5 in overall width, 152 lb chair weight and 14 in of clearance from the wall. Measure the room, doorway and delivery route, and allow space for the chair's movement. The lithium battery backup is included, but Pride does not state its runtime in the reviewed material; ask the dealer what to expect during an outage.

Confirm the selected finish and delivery

The current Top Mobility configurator shows Badlands Walnut upholstery, with an optional cleaning kit and leg-leveler kit. It also lists upgraded inside-delivery and setup services separately. Lifetime Warranty

Pride offers a lifetime warranty on the lift and scissor mechanisms and lift frame. Pride warrants that the lift and scissor mechanisms and lift frame on your lift chair will be free from defects under normal use and that service is available for as long as the chair is in use by the original owner. This lifetime warranty covers the lift and scissor mechanisms against metal fatigue, defective welds, and bushings.

NOTE: Pride reserves the right to replace only the part of the lift and scissor mechanism, scissor(s) or lift frame that may be defective from workmanship. Misuse and/or abuse are excluded from warranty.

7-Year Pro-rated Limited Warranty

For the first four (4) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship. Any warranty claims for electronic assemblies may become void if damage results from the use of parts/accessories that are not Pride original parts and are not purchased through an authorized Pride provider.

Shipping / Returns Information:
This unit is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.

The following conditions apply:
  • This item has a 35% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
