Smirthwaite Brookfield Low-Back Postural Chair
The Brookfield is an adjustable postural chair for children and young adults who need moderate seating support. The standard low-back configuration includes a moulded back, contoured seat, buckle pelvic strap and height-adjustable armrests. Seat height, seat depth and back height adjust to help fit the chair as the user's needs change.
Select the right size
Top Mobility offers Sizes 1โ5. The manufacturer maps those low-back sizes to models 6571, 6573, 6575, 6577 and 6679. The default SKU 6575 is Size 3. Listed user-weight limits vary by size: Size 1 up to 121 lb, Size 2 up to 143 lb, Size 3 up to 165 lb, Size 4 up to 187 lb and Size 5 up to 331 lb. Size 5 is the only listed size rated to 150 kg; do not apply its limit to smaller sizes.
Compare the manufacturer's seat width, depth and adjustment ranges in the specifications before choosing. Check the user's posture, foot support and armrest position with the intended accessories, and confirm that the selected size and configuration match the care or seating plan. The chair provides postural support but is not a substitute for individualized clinical assessment.
Warranty Information
Smirthwaite warrants the products detailed on your order to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of delivery. If a fault develops during this period, please contact the Customer Service team by email info@smirthwaite.com or phone (1) 212 541 2455 who will advise you on the best course of action.
The warranty excludes faults due to accident, neglect, misuse, not following the Instructions and normal wear and tear. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. A charge may be made where the goods cannot be repaired under the warranty. You will be advised before this is made.
Shipping / Returns Information
This unit is delivered via UPS or FedEx.
The following conditions apply:
This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
