Its value depends on matching that exact wheelbase range and the installed vehicle; the 350 lb capacity alone does not confirm platform fit or vehicle suitability.

Check the Scooter's Wheelbase and Weight

Measure the scooter from axle to axle in the configuration that will be carried, and confirm that the device is within both the 30–42 inch wheelbase range and the 350 lb limit. Also check the scooter's full width and length, where it contacts the carrier and how it will be secured. A scooter can meet the weight rating and still fall outside the lift's wheelbase or fit requirements. Powered Lifting and Folding

The AL160 lifts the scooter on an exterior platform and folds when not in use. Follow the manual's sequence for loading, securing, raising and folding, and transport the scooter unoccupied. Check that the scooter is positioned and held as the manufacturer instructs before moving the vehicle. If a swing-away option is being considered, verify that it is compatible with the selected vehicle and installation rather than assuming it will work with every receiver setup.

Harmar lists minivans, SUVs, trucks and vans as vehicle categories, but installation and load ratings are vehicle-specific.
