EZee Life Shower Transport Chair Model 150

The EZee Life Model 150 (tilt model) from Healthline Medical is a compact aluminum rehab commode, designed as a smaller alternative to Healthline’s renowned 180/190 series. With a standard seat size of 15” x 15”, it is ideal for small adults, teenagers, and larger children. Optional 22” wheels can be added for an extra charge, allowing users to self-propel the shower commode for enhanced versatility and independence. The lightweight aluminum frame is rust-resistant and built for durability. The 150 and 155 (tilt model) aluminum rehab commodes are smaller sizes of our popular 180/190 series commodes. The 150 and 155 have 15” x 15” seat sizes and are designed for use by small adults, teens and large children. Add the optional 22” wheels and you will have a shower commode that can be propelled by the user for greater independence.

EZee Life products carry a one year warranty against manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship only.

Any alterations, misuse, abuse, or accidental damage voids this warranty. EZee Life reserves the right to replace or repair any part that has become defective.

The warranty does not extend to consequential costs resulting from the fault or defect of the product: freight and travel costs, loss of earnings, or other expenses that one may incur.

Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and the original receipt must be presented before any warranty options are considered.

Please also be prepared to provide the date of purchase and serial number.

Shipping / Returns

This unit is delivered via UPS or FedEx.

The following conditions apply:
  • This item has a 50% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging unopened.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
