Warranty

ACCESSREC provides three (3) years limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship for the rollator frame only.

Warranty Exclusions

The following components are not covered under this warranty: Seat cover material, Carry basket, Brakes, Plastic handles or other plastic spare parts, Wheels, and any other spare parts or accessories. All warranty claims and limitations will be assessed solely by ACCESSREC.

Warranty Limitations

The three (3) years limited warranty does not cover damage to the rollator frame caused by: Normal wear and tear, Improper use, maintenance, or storage, Accidents or natural disasters, Unauthorized modifications made without prior written consent from ACCESSREC, Unauthorized repairs performed without prior written approval from ACCESSREC. For any warranty inquiries or claims, please contact ACCESSREC directly.

This unit is delivered via UPS or FedEx.

The following conditions apply:
  • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
