Vehicle Requirements: The Freedom Mobility Lift will fit most medium and large sized vehicles. The combined weight of swing away arm and scooter lift must not exceed the tongue weight limits of your hitch or vehicle. Always confirm your vehicle's tongue weight with us prior to installing the lift. Certain applications may require a suspension modification in order to properly support the lift and scooter.

Freedom Mobility warrants its vehicle lift products against defects in material, mechanical and electrical components (parts), excluding labor cost, batteries and paint, for a period of three (3) years, provided that the products have been installed, maintained and operated properly. This warranty does not cover defects in vehicles on which Freedom Mobility products are installed or defects in Freedom Mobility products caused by defects in any part of the vehicle upon which the product is installed.

This unit is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.

The following conditions apply:
  • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
