Forcemech offers a Worry-Free Warranty on all of our Powerchairs/Scooter. Main Frame 5 Years Motors 2 Years Controller Unit 1 Year Batteries 1 Year There are exclusions to our limited warranty Damage to the Powerchair caused by exceeding the weight limit specified for each model. Damage to the Powerchair caused by accidents or natural disasters. Damage to the Powerchair due to improper use and handling. Modifying the Powerchair with the unauthorized installation of components not from Forcemech. Consumables such as cushions, tires, and bearings are not covered. This Warranty does not apply to routine maintenance and adjustments. This Warranty only applies to the original buyer and is not transferable. All service and labor fees, if applied, must be paid by the wheelchair users. To file your warranty claim, please email us at support@forcemech.com or call us at 1-(877) 90-FORCE. This unit is delivered via UPS or FedEx.

The following conditions apply:
  • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
