This warranty only applies to parts that are mandatory for operating the scooter.Tzora will cover, free of charge, any defected part which was identified by one of our authorized maintenance & service companies, after examination.

**SIX-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY (FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE).

This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear:

• Plastic Shrouds• Color fixing• Motor Brushes• Upholstery and Seating• Brake Pads• Tires and Tubes• Fuses/Bulbs• Circumstances beyond the control of Tzora• Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Tzora.• Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Tzora Exclusions also include components with damage or failure caused by:

• Contamination

• Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence

• Battery fluid spillage or leakage

• Use other than normal design specifications

• Improper operation, maintenance, or storage

*If you want to file a warranty claim on the batteries, you will need to have a valid load test reading showing that the batteries are faulty.

This unit is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.

The following conditions apply:
  • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
