Warranty
This warranty is solely for the benefit of the original consumer purchaser and is in effect from date of purchase.
Circle Specialty Inc. warranties that the Ziggo wheelchair frame will be free from defect for a period of three (3) years.
Circle Specialty Inc also warranties the parts, components and upholstery on the Ziggo wheelchair to be free from defect for a period of one (1) year. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components; such as, rubber accessories, tires and grips.
This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence. It only applies when product is used according to the specified conditions and for the intended purposes.
If within the warranty period any such product shall be proved defective, such product will be repaired or replaced at Circle Specialty’s option.

This unit is delivered via UPS or FedEx.
The following conditions apply:
This item has a 20% Restocking Fee. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging. All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned. Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return. Delivery and service fees are not refundable. Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable. An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days. Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
