Our customers can request technical service on their mobility products under and beyond warranty.
Whenever you need service under the manufacturer warranty, please contact us and one of our Service Specialists will assist you in finding a local service center.
If your product is covered under the In-Home Service Program, we will submit on your behalf an in-home service request. Usually a service technician will be dispatched within 48 hours.
Be sure to include your sales receipt number, product name, model number and serial number when you contact us.
