The Warranty that BHM Medical offers is one year except batteries & replacement parts which are warranted for three months from the date of the purchase and it does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse or problems caused by using the product for other than that for which it was intended. Modifications to a product not done by BHM Medical may also invalidate the Warranty.
30-Day Return Policy If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and restocking fees that apply. The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order satisfy our return policy.
