This warranty is not intended to cover damage due to misuse or abuse.
Our policy with respect to replacement parts and warranty was formulated in recognition that the users of our products rely upon them to function every day and therefore we strive to provide parts as soon as possible. When warranty issues arise, it is our policy to ship out replacement parts immediately to get your customer’s lift operating as soon as possible. An invoice for the replacement part(s) will be issued. Upon return of the original parts, inspection will take place and if deemed covered by warranty a credit will be issued.
30-Day Return Policy If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and restocking fees that apply. The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order satisfy our return policy. Our standard return policies do not apply to all items. Some items cannot be returned.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 3-5 business days of our receiving and inspecting your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns.
