30-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and restocking fees that apply.
The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order satisfy our return policy.
Our standard return policies do not apply to all items. Some items cannot be returned.

Returnable products require a restocking fee and this will be determined as below.

Scooters: 10% restocking fee

Power Chairs, Auto Lifts & Ramps: 15% restocking fee

Lift Chairs & Manual Wheelchairs: 20% restocking fee

Adjustable Beds: 25% restocking fee

All other items: 15% restocking fee
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 3-5 business days of our receiving and inspecting your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns.
