This scooter only comes with the manufacturer 1 year parts warranty.

It does not include in-home service or any labor service from our part or the manufacturer.

CTM HOMECARE PRODUCT, INC. warrants the Frame Weldments of its Mobility Scooters and Power Chairs to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use for a period of 12 months for Mini-Scooters and 36 months for Mobility Scooters and Power Chairs. CTM HOMECARE PRODUCT, INC., will at its option, repair or replace any warrantable Weldment or Frame Section that fails within the warranty period.

CTM HOMECARE PRODUCT, INC. warrants the Motor/Transaxle/Brake and Electronics of its Mobility Scooters and Power Chairs to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use for a period of 12 months for Mini Scooters and 18 months for Mobility Scooters and Power Chairs.

CTM HOMECARE PRODUCT, INC. will at its option repair or replace any warrantable Motor/Transaxle/Brake or Electronic component or assembly which fails within the warranty period.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS
-Body panels, shrouds and cowlings
-Consumable wear items such as: tires, tubes, brake pads and motor brushes
-Upholstery, seating and arm rests
-Batteries carry a limited 6 month warranty from the Battery Manufacturer
-Any damage resulting from natural disaster or Act of God
-Any damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modification
-Any damage resulting from negligent operation, storage or maintenance
-Labor, service calls, shipping and any costs relating to loss of use

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and restocking fees that apply.
The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order satisfy our return policy.
Our standard return policies do not apply to all items. Some items cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items include:

Returnable products require a restocking fee and this will be determined as below.

• Scooters: 10% restocking fee
  
• Power Chairs, Auto Lifts & Ramps: 15% restocking fee
  
• Lift Chairs & Manual Wheelchairs: 20% restocking fee
  
• Adjustable Beds: 25% restocking fee
  
• All other items: 15% restocking fee
  

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 3-5 business days of our receiving and inspecting your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns.
